New in Doolphy: Roles and Permissions

This week, Doolphy users have reasons to feel excited about the new developments that we’re bringing to the application. As you know, we are in beta version and working in creating an application to satisfy most of your needs. To this end, we are improving existing features and also working on new ones.

Today, we’re launching a freshly baked feature that is already available in the application. It is the system of roles and permissions for the users in your team.

What are roles and permissions? How can they help us?

A rol is a set of permissions on specific areas and functionalities of Doolphy which can be configured to define what each user can do in the application.

Thanks to this system you can create a set with a number of different roles that later can be assigned to users depending on the work that they have to carry out.

Benefits of the SaaS Project Management Software

So far, we have written about our new application and about the model in which it is based. However, we haven’t touched the reason why it is important for a company to have a tool to manage its projects. Given the current situation of all companies, we all find the necessity of working harder, faster and in several projects at the same time, optimizing expenses in order to obtain the best profitability possible. To achieve this goal the best movement is to learn how to organize our resources and employee time to maximize the functionality of our company. This is not easy though.
